Loosing weight is a brave decision. It demands the lucidity to admit that change has became an absolute necessity. Be it for esthetics or health.

Loosing weight also demands strength to fight two powerful forces: our eating culture and habits which have been solidified by time & a society in which high levels of stress, the lack of time and unhealthy eating options may bring a tired woman or man to rush to a fridge in which there are tasty but not healthy dishes.

Adding to the predicament, we often eat in front of a Netflix episode which makes it harder for our brain to realize how much we eat. Thus, making us eat more.

MY APPROACH

Having gone through all the aspects surrounding weight loss during my childhood made me realize how important is a balanced diet. Besides, I had often failed because of the lack of human support and the abundance of coldly given restrictive & standardized solutions.

I perfectly know that the opposite is needed. Each individual is different, each individual has its own personal history, a sensitivity that has to be respected and a particular functioning sweet spot.

This is my approach.
